The Paid Service

Branches subscribing to the service get the following added-value features:
  • All feedback is delivered automatically to the branch, regional or head office staff via email, fax or text.
  • Customer contact details are displayed on that feedback.
  • Customers get an acknowledgement text on their mobile phones thanking them for their feedback.
  • Staff may log their actions, and send a personalised email or text to the customer closing their loop and making the customer feel listened to.
  • Reports are generated periodically.
  • Additional logic may be programmed into branchadvisor® to do specific tasks depending on the nature of what has been said.
  • Consultancy is available.
The branch details can also be pre-loaded by branchadvisor® as part of the setup fee. By supplying a database of branches, branchadvisor can use the same internal branch codes used by the company.
