How it Works
- Customers or staff go to branchadvisor.com, find the branch and offer their feedback. Alternatively, they send a text prefixed by a branch code to a given number.They mail also email, e.g. branchname@branchadvisor.com
- Customers receive an acknowledgement instantly.
- Feedback is converted into an email, text or fax and delivered to the branch.
- Staff act upon the feedback, record what they have done, and optionally send a personalised message to the customer explaining what has happened.
- Reports get generated when they need them, delivered directly to the people who need them.
For customers offering feedback via the web, they need to give a valid email address. Feedback is only published on the site when they click on a link in a confirmation email sent to them.
For branches not already on the branchadvisor.com database:
- Customers or staff add the basic branch details and then offer their feedback.
- branchadvisor® staff will do their best to find the right person within the company to send the feedback to.
The branch code assigned is used by the text system. Customers or staff just text that code along with their feedback and recommend score to the appropriate text service number.
