Customers and staff are free to send in or text their feedback, and view what has already been said through branchadvisor.com. However, the following features are disabled:
  • Reporting and dashboard
  • Customers do not receive an acknowledgement on their mobile phones.
Subscribers gain from being able to report on the data through and online dashboard to see more clearly whether the feedback is being acted upon, and what impact that is having.
